Mousakas
(Mousaka is one of the most famous Greek dishes.
It is made with chopped fresh beef, seasoned and spread between layers of sliced aubergines and the whole crowned with a creamy dome of bechamel, sprinkled with mature cheese and baked in the oven until its swelling surface becomes invitingly brown like a souffle)
