(If you like garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, onions, pimientos and oregano

Yahni sauce), the steak Moulia is the answer. These ingredients are
incorporated in the sauce, which turns an ordinary piece of steak
into something people dream about. This delicious specialty consists
of tender steak dipped in garlic and crushed green peppercorns,
fried in a mixture of olive oil and butter. It is then smothered in
Yahni sauce and sent to your table piping hot).
